However, this DJ has put the spotlight on himself.
More than one hundred thousand people have checked out the viral image of his ad.
Let’s teach a lesson. Before Craigslist, there was a thing called newspapers. In order to send a message on a mass of people, individuals needed to put an advertisement in the paper. So this method isÂ what Brazilian DJ Nick Deboni did with the hope to draw Madonna’s attention. I wonder what he was hoping for and how he expected to reach such a legend. MaybeÂ Madonna might actually take Deboniâ€™s request into consideration. We’ll just have to wait and see.

BillboardÂ confirmed with the L.A. Times classifieds officeÂ that the ad ran Tuesday in the News section on page 8. The image of the ad began trending on RedditÂ later in the day and has gained more than 130,000 views.

According to Deboni’sÂ SoundCloud, this is his first remix, and it has had over 60,000 plays. He has also posted original mixes that have gained more than 140,000 plays. The DJ plays at Brazilian nightclubs and has racked up more than 67,000 likes on hisÂ Facebook page.Madonna’s representatives did not immediately respond to Billboard‘s request for comment.
